Return policy
If you would like to return any items you must do so within 14 days after delivery and if you receive a broken or destroyed product its your responsibility to contact us immediately or no later than one week after delivery date. Please note that the items must be in the same condition and in its original casing when returning them, as they were when you received them including the box. In case of returning a product we kindly ask that you pay for the shipment to us, while we will pay for the shipment back to you. All refunds will be made in Euro € at the current exchange rate.
